QUALITY CONTROL

The Company ensures extreme standards of quality for the products by meticulously following the norms of the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) which is one of the world renowned quality standards approval agencies and follow ISO procedures stringently

Raw Material

The Company adopts stringent norms for raw materials used in the manufacture by carefully choosing from selected manufacturers like Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd.. (Vizag Steel Plant) and JSW Steels Ltd., conforming to the speciticitions of BIS grade. The raw materials also inspected for surface defects, cracks etc.

Die Maintenance

The company maintains a list of dies for various sections and to ensure exact specifications of the customers. The bright bars are checked periodically during the production using a calibrated vernier.

Testing

The Bright Bars manufactured are subjected to the following tests:

i)Surface Test

• The bars are oiled and are checked for surface defects & pitted finish. If any defective goods are found, they are immediately segregated and kept separately.
  The company is presently equipped to manufacture the following sizes of bright bars using the most modern technology.
